These terms cover MakeMyLure at https://makemylure.com and its LureLab browser-based lure design studio. MakeMyLure is the website brand. Questions about the service can be directed to dp0304@gmail.com.
1. Software service and accounts
The website offers account registration, cloud design saves and paid software subscriptions. Verify your email to use the account trial. You must be at least 18 to create an account and purchase a subscription. Physical lure work is consultation only; this website does not accept physical-product payments.
2. Using the studio
LureLab provides tools for lure geometry, balance, simulated swimming, painting and 3D-print preparation. Simulations are estimates, not guarantees of real-water performance. Materials, assembly, hooks and water conditions affect the result. Check exported parts and test any finished lure safely. Follow the safety instructions for printers, resins, paints and tools; hooks and small parts can cause injury.
3. Your designs
You retain ownership of the designs and original content you create. Only upload or import content you have permission to use. Editing and simulation run in your browser; using cloud save uploads the design and related assets to your account. Keep your own copies of important files. Our software, branding and supplied assets remain ours or our licensors'.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others' rights, introduce malicious code, attack the website, bypass access controls or interfere with other users. Access may be restricted to protect the service or comply with law.
5. Software subscriptions and print exports
Software access costs $12 per month or $96 per year, in USD, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. Software access and physical lure production are separate services. The 14-day account trial requires a verified email, needs no payment method and does not automatically become a paid subscription.
The trial includes one 3D-print export in total; a second requires a subscription. Both monthly and annual plans include 10 exports per subscription month. Annual plans reset monthly rather than providing a pooled annual allowance; unused exports do not roll over. Standard 3MF, STL ZIP and multicolour 3MF use the same allowance. Design JSON, assembly instructions and generating a model for inspection do not use it. An authorised print-file export uses one allowance.
Digital subscription checkout is processed through Waffo Pancake (Waffo.com Limited), our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Waffo checkout displays the seller, total, taxes, renewal interval and payment terms before you confirm payment. Payment details are entered with the checkout provider.
A paid subscription renews at the selected monthly or annual interval until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal and keeps access through the paid period. Price changes are disclosed before renewal. You may request a full refund within 14 days of a subscription payment, including a renewal; see our Refund Policy. Starting a paid plan starts its paid period; unused trial time is not added to it.
6. Custom lure enquiries
A subscription does not include manufacturing, materials, shipping or duties. Custom work requires a separate discussion of feasibility, quantity, finish, price and delivery. This website provides consultation only and does not take physical-product payments or confirm production orders. Creating a design or making an enquiry does not begin production.
7. Availability and responsibility
The service may change or be interrupted. We do not guarantee fishing results, manufacturing suitability or uninterrupted access. Keep your own design backups and check exported files before printing. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
8. Updates and contact
Material changes to these terms are identified here before they apply. For service, subscription or custom-lure questions, contact dp0304@gmail.com.
