This policy covers paid software subscriptions. Physical lure work is consultation only and cannot be paid for on this website.
Software subscription refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of any subscription payment, including a renewal. Contact dp0304@gmail.com with your account email and receipt reference. Do not send card details. Refunds are arranged with the checkout provider and returned to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
Cancel future renewal through Manage billing. Cancellation without a refund keeps software access through the period already paid. The free trial does not automatically charge you. Checkout shows the seller and final payment terms before each purchase. A refund request does not replenish print-export allowances.
Custom lure enquiries
Manufacturing is separate from the software subscription. This website accepts no physical-product payments. Any custom work requires a separate discussion and accepted quote covering price, delivery, cancellation and refunds before payment or production.
