About me

Hi, I'm the creator behind LureLab.

I'm bringing lure design, simulation and 3D printing into one workspace, so you can develop your own idea and take the next step toward a physical lure.

Why fishing lures

I like making ideas tangible: something you can hold, change and test in the real world. A fishing lure makes that connection visible. Change the body shape or move a weight, and its action can change. That link between a digital design and a physical object is what interests me about this project.

A workspace for trying ideas

I want the steps to connect. Shape a body in your browser, adjust its balance, explore its simulated action, try a paint scheme, then prepare files for 3D printing. Keeping those choices together makes an idea easier to develop and easier to explain to someone else.

Simulation helps you compare designs and decide what to prototype. Testing a finished lure in water is still how you find out what it does. I'm building LureLab around that process of making a change, checking the result and trying again.

Let's talk about your design

If you'd like a custom lure, bring a saved design or a rough idea. Tell me what you want to fish for, the size and weight you have in mind, and how you'd like it to move. We can discuss the details, feasibility, price and timing before you decide to order.

The software subscription covers the design studio. Physical custom builds are discussed and quoted separately.
